Yesterday evening around 9:00 PM CET (February 24, 2026), our status monitoring system automatically created three incidents related to Authentication and Customer Portal.

These incidents have been deleted. The root cause was an error in our uptime monitoring check itself — not in the systems being monitored. In other words, there was no actual downtime; both services were operating normally throughout.

We have resolved the underlying issue, and the monitoring system has been corrected to prevent false incidents going forward.
